All deliveries are unloaded by hand or electric flexi-trucks under cover and then stacked and shrink-wrapped onto pallets, every one of which is then tracked by computerised stock control system. The narrow aisle configuration allows us to store significantly more at significantly less costs - a saving we pass on to you, our customer.

Customers who do not take Marine Cargo Insurance are expected to, but not limited to loss or damage from act of weather, act of war, fire, perils, dangers and accidents of the sea or other navigable waters, act of public enemies, riot and civil commotions, contribution in case of general average, amongst many others.
IN CARGO SERVICE recommend that shipments are covered by all risks marine cargo insurance either by the Shipper's own insurance policy or covered on a per shipment basis using the cargo insurance provided by ourselves.
We can provide cargo insurance for import and export shipments up to a value of USD5,000,000, with a premium minimum of USD 10.00 per shipment applicable.
Using a secure web-based link, certificates can be generated quickly online, with the premium invoiced with our freight charges to streamline administration.
